Stand Straight but Easy

Attempt this to find a positive posture:

Stand as wide with your feet as your hips

Make yourself as tall as doable and assume your head getting pulled up

Hold the feeling of being big but relax the shoulders

Loosen up your neck and tilt your head, so you don't have to glance up or down with your vision to see a normal human

Few hints:

Rest when keeping the stance as much as feasible

Do not puff the chest; it will be straight as though you were lying on the ground
